01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Win789 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features available through the website at win789.cx. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Win789.

03 Account Registration

When you register an account with Win789, you are required to provide certain personal details. You agree that:

• You will not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You will notify Win789 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Win789 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to maintain appropriate credential security. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Win789 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a user has provided false information or has previously been excluded from the platform.

04 Deposits & Payments

Win789 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and card payments (Visa/Mastercard). Additional payment methods may be available and will be listed in your account dashboard.

• All deposits are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied and no conversion fees are charged.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your Win789 balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within minutes.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to you may be reversed and your account suspended.
• Win789 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or deposits made on behalf of another person.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must report this to support immediately. You may not use funds that were incorrectly credited.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Win789 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card.

• Standard withdrawal requests for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are processed the same day during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Win789 may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• Active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Win789 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reason to suspect a violation of these Terms, including suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account withdrawal section.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Win789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general conditions below:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds for each promotion are specified in the individual offer terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered.
• Each promotional offer is available once per user, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Win789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while active, any wagering progress made in good faith will be taken into account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• If Win789 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has been abusing bonuses — including through matched betting strategies, opening multiple accounts, or colluding with other users — it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• In cases of dispute regarding bonus terms, Win789's interpretation of the applicable conditions is final.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on Win789 — including sports betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, and all other available game types — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that market.
• Win789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the user's balance.
• For cricket and other sports markets, Win789 follows standard industry rules for event postponements, abandonments and shortened matches. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available in the betting rules section of your account.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless voided under the applicable rules.
• Win789 uses third-party game providers for Live Casino and Fish Games. The rules and outcomes of those games are governed by the provider's certified random number generator or live dealing process. Win789 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Any technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or platform error — is handled according to the relevant game provider's policy. Where a round was incomplete at the time of a fault, stakes are typically returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game. These are displayed within each game or market before you confirm your stake.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win789. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts for the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, devices or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical aids to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any system feature.
• Collusion between users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on information that is not publicly available, or on any event that has been or is intended to be manipulated.
• Money laundering or financial crime: Using the Win789 platform to move, conceal or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or providing payment services or account access to third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way are not valid and will be reversed.
• Submitting false identity documents or providing any misleading information during registration or verification.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Win789 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Requests from the account holder to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion or match manipulation.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, funds in the balance will be held pending the outcome of the review. Where a suspension is confirmed as a breach of Terms, Win789 may retain those funds in accordance with these Terms.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or active bonus conditions.

10 Privacy & Data
